DEVELOPMENT OF A MECHANISM FOR APPLYING THE «TALENT Q» AND «TALENT POOL» METHODS AS COMPONENTS OF THE TALENT MANAGEMENT CONCEPT

Objective. The objective of the present article is to develop a mechanism for applying methodology “Talent Q” and Pool” as components concept talent management in enterprise.
